Well This project has been on the shelf for 7 months and now that I am focusing on it the must be something wrong with me
or there must be something missing
after I installed the Servos and build the linkages when i put them all together the rocket city lin hit the large wheel of the futaba servos
i had to add washers to the bottle of the ball to raise it of the the servo wheel to get the clearance needed
same with my recently purchased push pull tail servo kit

What you're missing is the correct hardware!!
With the hardware included in the kit, you are supposed to install a nut under the ball as well as on the back side of the wheel. This spaces the ball out from the wheel.
Also, on the triple bellcrank for the collective you should have long balls instead of medium ones. This puts a better angle to the system to clear the wheel.
Also, and this is a change you may not have, on the "X" arm, we put long balls on the legs that have links to the servo. _________________ Chris Bergen
